Latsavong Wanda Vista Hotel was officially opened today with Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, Deputy Gen. Chansamone Chanyalath, President of Latsavong Development Co., Ltd Xen Bin, and other officials in attendance. Standing at 138 meters high with 36 floors, it is now the tallest tower in Laos.

The Latsavong Plaza project, initiated in late 2013, is a joint investment between the Ministry of National Defense of Laos and Chongqing Real Estate Company of China. The project faced delays in 2016 and during the Covid-19 pandemic due to financial challenges.

Located in the heart of Vientiane, the Latsavong Plaza includes a five-star hotel, offices, apartments, health centers, shopping malls, entertainment centers, sport centers, and international food restaurants.
