All Aboard: Guiyang-Laos Tourist Train Set to Launch Inaugural Journey

Luxurious Travel Experience: Connecting Southwest China to Southeast Asia
The first tourist train departing from Guiyang in Southwest China's Guizhou province to the vibrant capital of Laos, Vientiane, is set to embark on its maiden voyage on May 8. This exciting initiative signifies a significant step forward in enhancing cultural and tourist exchanges between China and Southeast Asia.

Prepare to be pampered aboard the Guiyang-Laos tourist train, where luxury meets adventure. Featuring lavish amenities such as shower rooms, mobile charging facilities, and entertainment services including karaoke, cafés, and bars, this eight-day journey promises an unforgettable travel experience.

During its scenic route, the train will make stops at various iconic attractions in Laos, including the bustling city of Vientiane, the adventure hub of Vangvieng, the cultural gem of Luang Prabang, and the breathtaking Kuangxi Waterfall.

In addition to the Guiyang-Laos route, new travel routes within Guizhou will be introduced, enabling tourists from across Southeast Asia to explore the captivating landscapes and rich cultural heritage of the Chinese province.

The tourist train is scheduled to operate on a regular monthly basis, with additional trains added as per passenger demand. This development builds upon the success of the Laos-China Railway, which has significantly strengthened people-to-people connections in the sub-region.
